ARC Raiders Riven Tides Survival Kit: Everything IGGM Knows About the New Map, Keycards, and the Flying ARC

ARC Raiders Riven

In the past two days, a post on ARC Raiders player forums has attracted attention: the poster claimed to have found new clues about Riven Tides Update in the game files.

Although the post was deleted a few hours later, the clues it mentioned did indeed align with known information to some extent. Specifically, these could be categorized into Location of New Points of Interest (POIs), new Keycards, and new ARC Operation.

IGGM will analyze the potential additions to Riven Tides Update based on reasonable speculation and reasoning, using information already provided by Embark.

Location of New POIs

We know that ARC Raiders will be adding a new seaside map called Riven Tides, and based on existing information, this map can be divided into three areas: Panorama Azzurro Hotel, beachfront resort, and Industrial Harbor.

The mysterious post claims that this map contains far more than these areas, and may even include up to ten POIs. This makes sense because according to the latest trailer, Riven Tides is much larger than we imagined.

Regarding the potential locations of Points of Interest (POIs), in addition to the three areas mentioned above, IGGM believes players should also pay attention to a mudflat by the sea, a rock – shaped object on the shore, a facility resembling an oil rig, and several large concrete buildings.

First, the mudflat by the sea. It actually appeared in the previous trailer. Perhaps in Riven Tides, this mudflat will appear and disappear with the tides. Will it reveal any ruins when it appears? We don’t know yet.

Next is the rock – shaped object. It appeared in early official concept art. It’s said that raiders built shelters on it, but they may have been washed away by the sea.

In the background of the fourth trailer, we can vaguely see a facility resembling an oil rig. Perhaps we should also pay close attention to this area.

Then there are several large concrete buildings. POIs are usually hidden within such complexes. Based on predictions, its structure will be similar to the two buildings on Spaceport, making them easily recognizable.

New Keycards

We all know that a key gameplay element of the new ARC Raiders map is searching for Keycards to unlock Key rooms, where the loot is of far higher quality than in other areas.

According to previous trailers, the updated ARC Raiders map will feature some new Key rooms, which will correspond to Keycards. Where will these new Key rooms be located? How will you obtain them? Here are some speculations:

First, the location of Key rooms. There will definitely be one inside Panorama Azzurro Hotel, as the trailer shows the hotel is at least four stories high and has multiple locked rooms, possibly numbered up to 404.

In another trailer, we can see a key marked with the number 204 hidden on the in – game clue board, and next to it, a key marked with the number 9. This suggests that Panorama Azzurro Hotel hides two secret rooms containing valuable items.

Furthermore, the trailer repeatedly shows buildings outside the hotel, such as a crane building near the port, which appears to require a key to enter; perhaps it’s also a key room.

So how do we obtain Keycards?

Based on previous methods of obtaining Keycards, IGGM has some bold guesses: it might be through solving some kind of puzzle  –  such as triggering buttons on the wall in a specific order; it could also be through finding Easter eggs in the game; or it might even be hanging behind the cabinet at the hotel reception desk, as seen in the trailer.

It’s important to note that, as usual, some players will kill players who have already found Keycards and directly pick up their loot. Therefore, you’ll need sufficient weapons to face the unknown new map. If you lack weapons, you can buy cheap ARC Raiders weapons from IGGM; we have the latest and most complete arsenal and will provide you with the fastest and safest service.

However, considering the large number of keycards in Riven Tides, the loot in these rooms might not all be high quality; some loot might be relatively less valuable.

New ARC Operation

We know that in March, ARC Raiders added ARC Operations, a new major map condition.

Riven Tides update also claims to add a new map condition and a new Arc enemy, so this could very well be hinting at the new ARC Operation.

In a previous scout report received by players, the investigator mentioned a shadowy object floating in the sky, possibly a large flying object. IGGM speculates that in the new ARC Operation, the player’s objective will most likely be to destroy this flying object.

Another clue could also serve as evidence of this flying object’s existence. In the latest trailer, a distinct buzzing sound can be heard in the background, very similar to the sound of the flying object previously heard in Hurricane map condition.

How to destroy it? The approach might be similar to the previous Hidden Banker event: players would need to activate Antennas scattered across the map. These antennas would calculate and display the precise location of the flying object, as well as its trajectory.

Once its path is known, players can predict where it will briefly linger, creating opportunities to board the object and attack from the inside, or seize its vulnerable moments to launch a fatal blow with their most powerful ARC Raiders items.

In short, these are IGGM’s predictions for ARC Raiders Riven Tides update. We hope you enjoyed them. As for how many of these will become reality and how many are just speculation, we’ll soon find out.
